The earth is under attack after CIA enlisted doctor scientists Inis Goodheart and Frank Sheckles accidentally mutate King Cobras with the SSS116, a strength-inducing chemical compound originally intended for American soldiers who defeat terrorists. Little did they know that the SSS116 would give these snakes powers to fly and fight beyond their wildest dreams. As violent chaos ensues, government officials send Four Universally Combative Killers (a.k.a THE FUCKERS) to the rescue. Packed with extremely cheap special effects and surprisingly stunning video design, this tongue-in-cheek science fiction parody aims to wildly entertain while examining the why we do theater.
